Typically, design projects are divided into three phases: preliminary design, production design and bidding, and construction. Each phase requires project planning to maintain control and ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
The purpose of this course in The Ultimate Project Manager series is to provide a practical guideline for each phase of production. Design development and required documentation is covered, in addition to the production design process and the project construction phase.
