After Your Purchase
Thank you for choosing MasterWorks Homebuilder CPD for your credits. Here's everything you need to know to get up and running smoothly.
Check your email (including spam)
Our system will send you a few emails after your order depending on what you purchased. These can sometimes land in your Junk or Spam folder — please check there if you don't see them in your inbox.
Visit the FAQs page for a full list of emails to expect and who they come from.
Login timing
Business Topic Courses: Login information is typically sent within a few minutes of completing your order.
Trade Topic Courses*: Login information can take up to 24 hours to arrive after your order is placed.
Use Google Chrome for best results
Whether you're on a PC or Mac, we recommend using Google Chrome to complete your courses. While our courses work on most platforms, Chrome has proven the most reliable.

Receiving your certificate of completion
Allow the course to fully complete — your certificate is issued automatically once all content is finished.
Business Topic Courses: Your certificate is available in your course profile immediately upon completion.
Trade Topic Courses: We will email your certificate the night following your completion date.
Reporting your CPD credits to BC Housing
MasterWorks is a recognized training provider with BC Housing and all courses are pre-approved for CPD credits.
To report your credits: log into your BC HOUSING BUILDERS PORTAL, click Education Provider, select MasterWorks, and choose your completed course from the dropdown.
PLEASE NOTE: You are ultimately responsible for ensuring the courses you select are eligible for your CPD purposes, and that you have not previously submitted the course.
