Why do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
BC Housing will not accept a course more than once for CPD credits. We make every effort to ensure this doesn't happen, and by creating an account our system will help prevent duplicate submissions.
PLEASE NOTE: You are ultimately responsible for ensuring the courses you select are eligible for your CPD purposes, and that you have not previously submitted the course.
Why do I have to create another login to access the programs I purchased?
To ensure the best experience possible, course delivery runs through a separate learning system. You can use the same username and password for both systems if you choose.
How do I access the training programs I purchased?
We sent you an email with all your login information — it may have landed in your Junk or Spam folder. Please check there first.
PLEASE NOTE: Login information for Trade Courses may take up to 24 hours from the time your order is placed.
I bought a voucher — how do I use it?
Enter the VOUCHER NUMBER you received via email in the DISCOUNT CODE field during CHECKOUT when you are ready to finalize your purchase.
I'm having an issue viewing a course — what should I do?
Most course viewing issues are caused by cached data stored in your browser — a quick fix that resolves the problem in the majority of cases. Please try the two steps below to view your courses. If you're still stuck after trying both steps, we're always happy to help — email us and we'll get you sorted.
