This course is designed to familiarize participants with various types of ladders and scaffolds that enable personnel to work at elevated heights. After completing this course, participants will be able to describe how to select the proper ladder for a job and then use the ladder safely.
Participants will also be able to describe general safety precautions associated with using scaffolds and the basic operation and use of various types of fixed scaffolds and powered scaffolds.
