This one hour course will provide an overview of the key attributes of project delivery systems. The primary focus will be on design-bid-build, at-risk construction management, and design-build, with some brief discussion on job order contracting, IPD (integrated project delivery), and public-private partnerships.
Program and professional construction management, which can be used on all of the above-referenced systems, will also be addressed.
