The 2024 reorganization of ventilation requirements changed how builders navigate Section 9.32 — and getting the new structure wrong means missing requirements that weren't there in the previous Code cycle. This course gives BC home builders practical working knowledge of the shift to heating-season and non-heating-season requirements, the baseline ventilation provisions every dwelling unit must incorporate, and the new prescriptive make-up air rules and how to account for them in real project decisions.
You'll also learn the special-case requirements that apply and how to recognize when a system falls outside Section 9.32 scope entirely and must instead follow Part 6.
